We then conduct a series of research and development projects to create a generic concept design for a re-purposed and re-imagined environments––retail and hospitality. Throughout this process, we collaborate all together in order to see concepts from start to finish, examined from every possible angle. In the research/development phase, our approach is to research the various strategic trends and find which works best for your company. Once we present our different design directions, we will meet with you to develop multiple layouts. After finalizing a generic site footprint, we offer a general concept to conduct the rest of the project.

 Our highly experienced and skilled team will focus on full-scale communication to ensure the project is done to your liking. We have a highly family-based culture and strong leadership style when working with clientele. In order to get this project launched and done well, our project office team makes sure to always oversee client liaison, procurement, full rfq, site installation, and mockups/prototypes. More precisely: procurement management, project management, and financial management. 

We will then manage the installation of your brand once these last few steps are complete and there is a mutual agreement to move forward with taking the designs forward. The team is adept at adapting to local conditions and meeting beyond the needs of your company.
